Another respondent to one of our contests was another blogger at Modern Honey. This one wanted to create a dessert frosting that wouldn’t stick to the roof of the mouth.
I was determined to create a beautiful dessert using olive oil and, as a result, this Italian Lemon Cupcake with Sweet Ricotta Cream was born.
We were mightily impressed at the innovation and it just demonstrates that this is the real deal. Any other type of olive oil in a dessert would ruin it.
